Staying in the Fourth-floor corner Suite room in the Garden wing turned out to be a delightful surprise. The spacious, clean, and comfortable room exceeded all our expectations, making our stay truly memorable. The friendly staff showcased the true hospitality of Penang. However, the dining experience, while good, had room for improvement.
The hotel is ideally located at the top of Feringgi beach, immaculately maintained, offering a calm oasis. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is incredibly helpful. However, heavy weekend traffic can be a downside. The dining experience is superb, with a variety of food options, and the facilities are top-notch.
Upon arrival, our room was unfortunately not clean and overlooked the car park, which was not the most pleasant view at the hotel. Despite management's efforts, the room cleanliness issue persisted, taking an extra hour to resolve. However, the brilliant and efficient service staff made our stay pleasant.
