Staying in the Fourth-floor corner Suite room in the Garden wing turned out to be a delightful surprise. The spacious, clean, and comfortable room exceeded all our expectations, making our stay truly memorable. The friendly staff showcased the true hospitality of Penang. I must say, this hotel is a real gem! The location is fantastic, just next to the beach, and surrounded by lovely spots to eat. The rooms are so clean and cozy, and the staff is genuinely friendly. My only tiny gripe would be that the dining experience could offer more variety at breakfast. Still, the pool area is maintained well and great for relaxation. The pricing is fair, but it would be ideal if Wi-Fi was included in the rate.
